THUNDER BAY, ON, Sept. 4, 2026 /CNW/ — Errington Metals Corp. (TSXV: EM) (“Errington” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has engaged TB Investors Relations (“TBIR”), pursuant to an investor relations agreement dated August 21, 2026 (the “IR Agreement”), to enhance communication and engagement with its shareholders and the investment community. TBIR will assist the Company with its communications and marketing initiatives including press releases, conferences, and social media management, among others. Tania Barreto, sole proprietor of TBIR, which is based out of Toronto, Ontario, has over 20 years of capital markets experience in the mining sector working in investor relations roles for exploration, development and producing mining companies.
The IR Agreement is effective as of August 24, 2026, and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by either party upon 30 days’ written notice to the other party. In consideration for TBIR’s services, the Company will pay TBIR a monthly fee of $5,000 plus HST, payable from the Company’s general working capital at the start of each month, and grant to TBIR the Options (as defined below). The Company will also reimburse TBIR for pre-approved expenses. TBIR is an arm’s length party to the Company and, to the Company’s knowledge, other than as described below, does not have any direct or indirect interest in the Company or its securities nor any right or intent to acquire such an interest.
The IR Agreement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company also announces that on August 24, 2026 it granted 15,000 stock options (the “Options”) priced at $4.05, being the closing price of August 21, 2026, in consideration for the provision of the Services. The Options will vest in four equal instalments every three months over a period of 12 months from the date of grant, with the first instalment of 3,750 Options vesting on December 24, 2026 and the three additional instalments vesting three, six, and nine months thereafter. The Options will expire five years from the date of grant and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s omnibus equity incentive plan and any applicable grant agreement.
